I'm a licensed psychotherapist who helps ambitious professionals and young adults get unstuck from self-doubt, worry, and life challenges. My work helps you build three pillars of well-being:

  1. Self-awareness

  2. Mental fitness

  3. Mindfulness.

I'm an avid traveler and a fitness enthusiast, and I love to unwind by DJing house music. I'm laid back, and not a typical therapist who will just nod and ask "and how does that make you feel.”

For the past 16 years I've worked with a diverse population, from providing crisis intervention services at a fire department, to coaching healthy individuals seeking to improve their lives, to counseling patients on a psychiatric intensive care unit.

My passion for helping individuals improve their lives is rooted in my own experiences with mindfulness meditation and my belief in everyone’s ability to grow. I understand that your journey is unique and I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their challenges and reach their goals.
